The Sears-Schillaci Home (1949)

The Sears- Schillaci home at 100 Waverly Drive was built in 1949. This home is truly one of a kind and has been described as a mix of Tudor and Cape Cod architecture. The home was custom built with imported Italian marble and stained glass.
John and Rita Neely are the current owners.

Is this the house that was owned by Dr. Steve Richey around 1996 or so?

When my husband and I married in 1962 we lived in an apartment in the basement of this house. Outside of our bedroom was a beautiful marble fountain that the owners had brought back from a trip to Italy.
